I recommend Jenni to everyone. She's knowledgeable, easy to work with, understanding, and diligent. She certainly helps with all the basic stuff, like walkthroughs and advice, but also goes above and beyond in dire situations. She pulled some serious strings on last-minute issues (an earthquake hit the morning of closing — she had someone out to re-inspect before we closed!).
